Maintenance. Your vacation rental property should always be ready to accommodate vacationers. The surrounding should be pleasant and the house is clean especially the toilet. Make sure that the beddings are well replaced with a clean one.

 

Service. Regardless of the vacation home, service is also what consumer seeks. Offering good service and assistance to vacationers will strengthen the relationship with each other. If the customer is please there is a big tendency that it will come back and recommend your place to other people.

 

Price Rate. In deciding your price rate, the difference between the rates of your competitor should not be extreme. It should be reasonable and affordable as long as you gain a good net profit
