The house is located in a secluded forest/garden area (about 300m from two beaches) with a lot of trees and flowers and just 6 other houses. It has three floors, each with a bedroom. Each room has an energy efficient AC, a fan, at least three windows with modern mosquito screens, Thai style furniture, cloth hanger, an attached bathroom with shower and toilet, cloth drying rack, cleaning material etc. Warm water in all showers and the kitchen is generated by solar heating. Since we have two kids, the house is pretty kids safe and has a lot of stuff for small guests. The house has three floors: The Ground floor appartment: accessible from the garden, about 35m2, Queen size bed (1.50 x 2.00m), table and chairs, small refrigerator, bathroon with shower and toilet The first floor: Big terraced dining/kitchen area, refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen (electric plate, water boiler, complete dishware and forks/knives/spoons etc. for 6, pots, pans, kids ware, spices, placemats etc), dining table with 6 chairs, baby chair, kids play corner, Bed- or living room: about 35 m2, depending on the number of guests or preferences, this room can be used as the common living room or as a separate bedroom with Queen Size matraze (1.50 x 2.00m) on the wooden podest, TV with DVD player, stereo system for MP3, walkman etc, two arm chairs and table, two cabinets, bathroon with shower and toilet The second floor: huge outside terrace, sitting pagoda, bedroom with King-Size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, about 20 m2), attached kids room with bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), bathroon with shower and toilet
