This beautiful and quiet apartment is situated in the centre of the Gothic District of Barcelona. The building dates from 1836. It has beautiful views of Casa Marti, a Neogothic building by Architect Puig i Cadafalch, mostly known as the famous café-restaurant "Els 4 Gats" (the 4 Cats). Important artists of the beginning of the century shared social and literary gatherings in The Café. The visit of Els 4 Gats is a must during your stay in Barcelona. This building is included in all the modernist route tours.



The apartment maintains its original structure: high ceilings, wood beams, mosaic floor and original windows of XIX century. It is suitable for 6 people. It has three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen with dining area, hall and living room with views.



The ensuite bedroom is very sunny and has nice view from the balcony. It has a double bed and a big modern bathroom with a large shower. The other two bedrooms have twin beds rooms, also very bright with a spacious bathroom with bath. A cot is available for a baby of 0-24 months, upon request.



The large kitchen is equipped with: a fridge, washing machine, full oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a juicer. The living room has two sofas and a round dining table for six people. There is also a TV and a HI-FI.
