"Casa da Praia" was built in 2008 in a quiet residential area, just 250 meters from the excellent white sandy beach, and close to all facilities of the village Manta Rota. The village is one of the last fisherman villages in the Algarve where you won't see any big hotels or apartment blocks. Most of the houses aren't higher than 3 floors, which gives the location a special touch in comparisation with the rest of the Algarve. The beach is absolutely perfect, it stretches several kilometers from Tavira in the west to the Spanish border in the east- 12 km. Here you can find the warmest portuguese sea water. Enjoy!

The house itself is equipped with all necessary comfort; a kitchen with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker; 2 nice bedrooms, 1 suite, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room . It has a very private terrace suitable for barbecues and outdoor dinners, equiped with work bench, barbecue, and a shower. The precious front balcony is a must for you to relax after a long day on the beach.
