Turkey Point Cottage Rental Private
AIRCONDITIONED (optional) private Cottages (2) at Turkey Point Beach, on Lake Erie, near Brantford, Simcoe, Port Dover & Hamilton.
Units are situated across from main beach which is clean, sandy, safe and 2 miles long.
Included are Equipped Kitchen, Microwave, TV, DVD, BBQ, Fire Pit, 4 outdoor chairs, etc. Bring own linens, bedding, blankets, pillows etc for sanitary reasons.
Enjoy Swimming, Fishing, Boating, Marina, Seadoo Rental, Golf, Horseback Riding, Arcade, Mini Golf, Boutiques, Bars, Dining, Fine Dining, Shopping, Nature and Relaxing.
Pet friendly but ask. (sorry no cats due to allergies).
Smoking OUTSIDE
Checkin time 3:00 PM Saturday. Most people arrive @ 10:30 park the car on site, saving $10 parking at beach and then walk across to the beach until the cottage is ready.
Checkout time is 10:00 Sharp.
Renter is responsible to leave the cottage clean as when they arrived.
Rental deposit cash is 1/2 of the rent with the balance due in cash upon arrival. Credit Cards and Paypal add $45. A Refundable Security Cheque $300 is due on arrival and shall be returned upon departure with out any damages.
