Lightseysagehouse.com is a spacious 1400 sq feet, 2 story duplex nestled in the trees, with a large private deck, and upper balcony. It has 2 private bedrooms, one a queen and the other furnished with an Art Deco full bed. Enjoy a peaceful night of sleep all bedding, towels, and linen provided. There is a half bath downstairs and upstairs a full bath with 2 sinks.



The living area and other rooms have windows looking out on the private deck and overlooking the creek. It has a cozy fire place and comfortable furnishings, DVD, TV, WiFi connections.



With the fully equipped kitchen: Stove, Dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and refrigerator with ice and water on the door. Dishes, pots n pans, serving trays, utensils, and spices are all ready for your use. All to prepare, cook and serve a meal, host a soirée, or hold a small seminar/workshop.



A large den / dining room sit to enjoy a meal, tell stories, visit with family and friends. This room can be partitioned off for more sleeping arrangements when privacy is not an issue. Of course central A/C w/ ceiling fans throughout the house.

Deborah and Louie nurture the wildlife habitat and have created a few outdoor seating areas to enjoy the beautiful, tranquil and peaceful sights and sounds of nature. They have created a soothing and comfortable environment to enjoy nature inside or out.



Of Course Big friendly dogs are most welcomed! It is smoking friendly, (outside or course). With many choices: the large private deck, the intimate balcony overlooking the creek, out front on the shade covered patio, or one of the many garden areas that have been created for enjoying a private moment in nature, maybe grill a meal, take a siesta, gaze at the moon, pick a few tunes, enjoy a smoke while listening to the frogs croak and the owls hoot.
