The property

The house is an old real Tuscan farm dating from around the XV century, rebuilt in the XVIII century,when Pietro Leopoldo I di Lorena (of the Medici dynasty) set as a rule that all farmhouses had to be built following determined regulations. The farmhouse was restored in 2001, and it still maintains the magic atmosphere of an old Tuscan farmhouse ( cotto floors, oak beams ceilings).

Our attractive holiday home has been created by the lovingly and painstaking renovation of a large XVII century estate , near the ancient Sanctuary of Santa Maria in Valle, The farmhouse, divided into one cottage ,La Baita ( 4+2 pax) and four apartments: Il Soppalco ( 7+2 pax), Il Covo (4+2 pax) ,La Fontanina ( 2+3 pax), Il Carpano (3+2 pax), is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river.



A large garden with ( 7 x 12 metres) swimming pool with a part for children surrounds the compound. All the apartments have been tastefully finished, fully furnished and they have been endowed with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room available for common use. BBQ.area (threeBBQ)

The farm is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river.

The quiet, hilly, panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval hamlet of Laterina. The lodgings enjoy countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo; they are also the ideal base for many excursions to all Central Italy. Firenze, Siena, Cortona, lake Trasimeno and Perugia are not so far away; since there are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany .The shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most famous Italian fashion brands : such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi, D&G…
