This is a lovely new 3 bed/ 2 bath house on the prestigious Dona Pepa urbanisation, with private community pool, showers and toddler pool set in gardened area. Ideally situated to provide a peaceful retreat, yet centrally located for all amenities. It is furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home. There is hot and cold air conditioning (AN ESSENTIAL IN SPAIN), as well as ceiling fans, and digital satellite TV. Comprises 1 double bedroom with patio doors leading onto full length front balcony, 1 twin bed with doors to balcony, and luxury corner bath/shower upstairs. Downstairs there is 1 twin bedroom, large lounge/ diner, separate fully equipped kitchen, and WC/ shower room. Large front patio with sun terrace and rear patio inc. garden furniture, parasol, sun lounger’s and BBQ. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bars in immediate vicinity (5 min walk), and Quesada village 5 min drive for more, including the Aqua Park, Country Club and La Marquesa Golf Club
The prestigious urbanisation of Dona Pepa, Ciudad Quesada is a 30 minute drive from Alicante or Murcia airports, and served by excellent road networks. Situated on the edge of the Natural Park with therapeutic salt lakes, Quesada is 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja, and home to La Marquesa Golf Club and Aqua Park. Four other championship golf clubs are within a 20 minute range, including Villamartin and La Finca, and La Manga is 45 minutes drive south. Terra Mitica theme park is 1 hour drive north. Ideal family holiday location for sun, sea, water sports, golf, or simply relaxing.
Meet and welcome service and use of latest induction air-conditioning and other service charges (electricity, water etc) is included in rental price.( small surcharge of 10€ for late greet and meet after 23:00hrs 0r before 08:00 hrs) 50€ is required for cleaning and laundry and payable to housekeeper on arrival please. 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. A £100 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within 1 week of departure. Please report any damage to the housekeeper, or small breakages can be replaced with similar item, e.g. Crockery or glasses. Long term rental is available for those waiting to own Spanish property, or wanting to escape British winters! Short term (less than a week) is also available for property inspection trips etc. A welcome pack is available on request. If baby equipment is required, such as cot, details of hire within the area can be forwarded and includes free delivery to the house.

Our housekeeper lives nearby to offer help should it be needed, and any problems encountered are resolved with the minimum of fuss. Transport service to both Alicante and Murcia airports can be arranged. All our guests are personally welcomed by our housekeeper when arriving at the property, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities is given. A comprehensive information folder is supplied, along with maps and tourist brochures of the surrounding areas. The extremely efficient air conditioning is hot and cold, making it ideal for summer and winter lets. A safe is installed for your valuables. Beach towels not provided. Ashtrays are provided but smoking on terrace only please.
