Here you can relax on a large 3 seater sofa ( which converts into a bed), or sink into 2 deep armchairs.

There is cable t.v., featuring many american news, sports and film/entertainment channels, as well as news channels from Europe.A small stereo system is also available to guests.



The kitchen area is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, blender and grill machine,as well as a propane powered stove with 4 rings and full oven. The dining table comfortably seats 4 people, and all cutlery,crockery , pots and pans are provided ( should you not want to take advantage of the fantastic range of eating opportunities Sosua has to offer..)

A NEW breakfast bar means you can now use the dining table on the porch and eat alfresco.



The bathroom has a large walk in shower area, plus washbasin and w.c.



The bedroom has one NEW queen bed, bedside table, dressing table with drawers and mirror, fitted wardrobes, and a computer connected to the internet. The bedroom is cooled by a modern , quiet a/c unit with remote control, as well as by a ceiling fan.

A NEW digital safety deposit box is available free of charge, though responsibility for contents remains with the tenant

The apartment is cleaned daily, towels and bedlinen twice weekly.Please bring your own bathsheets for use at the pool or the beach.



The communal facilites of the Tradewinds development include a generator for backup electricity and 24 hour security staff. There is also a laundry facility that operates on tokens bought from the condo offices ( monday to friday 9am to noon). There is a lovely communal freshwater pool set in lush tropical gardens, with tables, chairs, umbrellas and sun-loungers at your disposal.l



Please note there is an extra charge of usd 25 per week payable localy on arrival for cleaning. Electricity consumption is metered and charged extra, dudctible fro usd 500 cautionary deposit payable on arrival to keyholder.
