This is an immaculate property. The residence itself is set in a tranquil oasis of greenery on a hillside with stunning views over the Mediterranean.



The bedroom has one double bed. Bed linen is included. Iron and ironing board supplied.

The bathroom has a bath, with shower over the bath, basin, mirror and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen includes hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, crockery, pots, pans and utensils. Tea towels included.

Elegant lounge with wide patio doors leading on to a large sunny terrace. The terrace is furnished for relaxation and the all important al fresco dining with table, chairs and sunloungers. Because of the hillside location a car is recommended. Free parking. Shared pool with stunning sea views.

Please note personal towels and beach/pool towels are not provided. NO PETS, non-smokers preferred.

Approximate driving times: Nice airport 35 minutes, auto route 15 minutes, Cannes and Antibes 10 minutes, Italian border 1 hour. Beach, bars, restaurants 5 minutes.

Ideal for a romantic break or a comfortable base for sightseeing. Sample the glitz and glamour of the Cote d'Azur, or drive inland and lunch by the beautiful lac de Cassien, or visit Grasse, capital of the perfume industry. Take a 90 minute drive to the mountains. Even take the train to Ventimiglia in Italy and enjoy the busy market on a Friday morning followed by lunch beachside.

This is a prime location as it is only a 5 minute drive to the village of Golfe Juan for provisions. fromagerie, boulangerie, bar tabac etc.
