Your holidays in Rome and Lazio

In the green, only 35 Km from Rome. You can have a nice holiday week and you can visit Rome and Lazio during all the year. The house of about 120 s.m. on 1 level is comfortable and nice furnishings. It's consists of an entrance, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen (with fireplace), a double room, a single room, a room with two single beds, and two bathrooms (with shower). There is also an outdoor area with garden furniture. The garden consists of 5000 s.m. of land (totally fenced). In front of the house there are about 200 s.m. of lawn. It's possible to leave the car within the garden. The garden has a lighting system; it's possible to use the garden also in the evening. The house is situated in the country about 1,5 Km distance from Rignano Flaminio. Is connected to Rome by the Flaminia way (SS3) (about 35 Km). Ideal starting point to visit Rome, Viterbo and for excursions in the parks and natural reserves of Lazio.

Rignano Flaminio it's a little town (about 7000 inhabitants) along the Flaminia way (about 35 Km from Rome). It rises 250 m. above the sea level. It's situated at the foot of the Soratte mountain. Rignano Flaminio is connected to Rome from the Flaminia way (SS3), from a local train and from a bus service. You can find all shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Rignano Flaminio has origin dated back to 400 b.C..
