Situated on the 8th floor, the apartment is breezy, very clean and cozy. It is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. There are two large bedrooms (one room has two 48" wide beds, and the second has two 48" wide beds and a sofabed). So the apartment can comfortably accomodate 4 adults and a child. Both bedrooms have spacious built-in closets. Both bedrooms also have balconies overlooking the sea. Bedroom floors are hardwood.
The small foyer leads to a dining room which opens unto a living room (window view is the sea). The kitchen is fully equiped (5 burner stove + oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffe maker, utensils etc..and there is a hatch connecting it to dining area.
The bathroom has a small bathtub / shower and the washing machine is in there too. The floor is Egyptian marble tile in all the apartment except the bedrooms.
The building is situated in one of the city's most elegant neighborhoods, and is 3 Km away from the Sidi Gaber Train Station,20 km from the Al Nozha airport, 9 km from downtown Alexandria, and 10 km from the city’s entrance. It is conveniently located across the street from Alexandria's newest and most modern tourist complex which includes 10 movie theatres, a supermarket open 24 hrs all days of the week, restaurants - and much more.
