Welcome to our new Disney home! This bright and spacious 4 beds & 3 baths villa provides everything you need for making your next dream vacation possible in a home away from home. Just recently it's been upgraded through out and we added a game room, a new game console and a flat screen TV. The villa has two master en-suites, one with king-size bed, and the other with a queen-size bed. There are two twin bedrooms. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. The open living room/dining area offers spacious room for family/friends gathering. Fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and gadgets to fulfill your needs for cooking and eating at the villa. With a south facing, screened swimming pool, you can enjoy beautiful Florida sunshine all year round. The pool comes with a child safety fence and gate. There is also a Jacuzzi/spa for your ultimate relaxation after a long day from the nearby parks.



The villa is conveniently located in Sandy Ridge subdivision, Davenport. It is 12 minutes from Disney main entrance, less than 20 minutes from Universal Studios and half an hour from the airport. There are restaurants and stores in the nearby Champion Gate golf community. Further out, you'll find Cocoa beach and Kennedy Space Center within 30 miles radius.
