Our new (March 2007) condo is a 15-minute ride from Los Cabos International Airport and is located in a quiet complex on the beautiful Mayan Palace Golf Course. Across the street one can stroll the sandy beaches of the Sea of Cortez and the Hotel zone. Only a 15-minute walk to the charming historic downtown of San Jose del Cabo for restaurants and shopping and 1 mile from the newly built Mega supermarket (similar to a Walmart). For those last minute items, a new convenience store is located at the entrance of the complex. The party town of Cabo San Lucas is just a 20-minute drive, or a bus or taxi ride.



This first floor condo has 2 queen-sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is available as a 1 or 2 bedroom rental. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with oversized shower and sliding glass doors on to the terrace. The condo has a living room that comfortably seats five, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for four, and a large dining terrace overlooking the newly planted cactus gardens and 4th fairway. The main pool is just in front of the building adjacent to ours.
