This secluded white pueblo is a haven for the well-healed Spanish, who come here to holiday year after year, travelling to the cooler Granada coastline from the searing summer heat of the big bustling city's of Barcelona, Granada and Madrid in the summer months.



The village has all the facilities necessary for both holiday or permanent living. The amenities include a bank, post office, 2 fresh fishmongers. 3 supermarkets, doctors, chemist, gift shops, bakery and around 10 bars & restaurants.



This village a very safe and therefore family friendly location, strides from the sandy beach.



Almeria and Malaga airports can be reached via the N340/E15 Coastal Motorway in 60 minutes and 90 minutes respectively. The popular and famous Spanish skiing region of Sierra Nevada is only a 90 minute drive away, and the famous Alpujarras mountains & villages can be reached in under 1 hour.
