From the terrace, you will have a beautiful view to the world-famous island Capri and the gulf of Naples.

The villa is located in the natural reserve of Punta Campanella, which is situated at the end of the peninsula of Sorrento. In only few steps, you will be surrounded by the "Macchia Mediterranea" and arrive to spectacularly panorama points. The village Termini, is approximately 800 meters away, there are grocery stores, restaurants, bars and the bus stop. A small steeply falling footpath leads to a beautiful bay (shingle beach), which is about 700 meters from the house.
