Baby & toddler friendly cottage is situated in the Dordogne area of France, approximately 20 kilometres from Bergerac and is located on the outskirts of the village of Bosset. The cottage enjoys a quite and private garden which includes a 9.1m x 6.1m swimming pool for your enjoyment. We have made the cottage baby and toddler friendly by having a fully enclosed garden, safety fencing and alarm on the swimming pool. The pool is ideal for a family splash-around and, as the pool is heated, it is fantastic for even the tiniest of babies to get acquainted with the water.

Cottage and Pool
The cottage has a large covered veranda overlooking the 1 acre south facing private rear garden with countryside views and planted with a variety of flowers and shrubs. Also there is a barbecue, sun loungers, chairs and tables. Garden games are available such as badminton, bowls, bats and ball, etc. The garden is fully enclosed which is great for babies and toddlers
Kitchen
The cottage comprises of a well equipped spacious farmhouse style kitchen, comprising of a gas cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. There are original exposed oak beams to the ceiling and rear door leading to the covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Lounge
Comfortably furnished living area with original exposed oak beams and log burning stove. There are patio doors leading onto the covered veranda and the lounge has views over the pool and large garden. For your entertainment there is T.V., satellite, DVD player, video player (videos available), games console and HiFi system.
Bedroom
The bedrooms are accessed from the main hallway and are situated on the first floor. Bedroom 1 includes a double bed and a variety of bedroom furniture. Bedroom 2 includes a double bed and 1 single bed, and a variety of bedroom furniture. (extra bed available if required, also cot and pushchair)
