The 1924 Timmermann Homestead has just been restored to its original beauty by descendants of the original builder, Gilbert and Irene Timmermann, who moved into the home immediately after their marriage. The home overlooks the 250 acre working family farm which is one mile from the New Braunfels Airport and fifteen minutes from downtown New Braunfels. It is centrally located between Seguin, San Marcos and New Braunfels where golfing, picnicing or swimming, as well as shopping, is readily available. Austin and San Antonio are less than an hour away.



* Overnight accommadations (Minimum 2 nights): $225 a night + one time $75 cleaning fee plus hotel/motel taxes of 6 %

* Rental for a party or shower inside the homestead: $150 a day + $75 cleaning fee

plus hotel/motel taxes of 6 %



* Rental for a wedding/ reunion (Minimum 2 days): $ 250 for homestead and a

grounds fee plus hotel/motel taxes of 6 %

- Arrangements can be made with the owners to suit caterer's schedule

(a list of caterer choices upon booking), set up and clean up.

- Cleaning fee will be determined by the owner.
