This apartment is a second home. It is very sunny, clean and furnished in a simple but confortable way. It's located on the second floor of a typical Italian-style condominium. It consists of a nice cozy living room, kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a wide wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub/shower, a small veranda for washing and drying clothes, a (very small) balcony facing a public garden. There is hard wooden floor, central heating, tv, fridge with freezer, oven, washing machine, and a sun-shade on the balcony. Expenses are all included; linens, towels and cookware provided.



The house is just below the town center, which is located uphill as in many italian medieval cities. The historical center offers many ancient medieval sites, such as churches and buildings; it is only 15 minutes away walking, and possible to reach by a pleasant walk through a park that is just a block away from the house. Very near the house there is a bus stop going to the center, the train station, and more. The

area surrounding the house has shops, bars, supermarkets, pizzerias, atm's, laundries. Ideal position, because the center is quite near but at the same time the house is in a small and residential dead-end road without traffic. Small children's playground facing the house. Perugia, for it's centrally strategic position, is the ideal for visiting also all the other art cities of central Italy. You can reach Assisi (birthplace of St. Francis) or the Trasimeno lake in about 20 minutes; Cortona, Siena, Arezzo, Città di Castello or Sansepolcro (birthplace of Piero della Francesca) are reachable in one hour; Florence or Orvieto in about two hours. Perugia is reachable by train and also has a small airport of its own, with direct flights from London Stansted (Ryanair), or Milan (Alitalia). There are also buses that connect it to all the major cities and also to Rome's International airport.
