The apartment (35 m²) is situated in the groundfloor of a private house. It has got a separate entrance.

The apartment has been totally modernized and completely new furnished. The apartment consists of a living-/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (with shower and WC) and hall.

The living-/bedroom is equipped with 2 beds, which can be combined as a double-bed. For a third person there is the possibility to sleep on a high class and very comfortable bed-armchair.

The apartment faces a quiet by-street and a small park. But it is nevertheless situated centrally with ideal traffic connection. The southpark (70 hectares) is just a 7 minute`s walk away; high-speed railroad station 3 minutes to walk.

The old town, the centre, "Medienhafen", fairground, Philipshalle, K?ngisallée, Capitol (musical theatre), airport, fashion houses are within easy and quick reach of the apartment, because public conveyances are near by.

Cities like K?ln, Essen, Duisburg, Krefeld are reached quickly, because the main railway station is just a 10 minutes walk away. Several shops such as a bakery/coffee house, supermarket, kiosk, cleanery, laundry, pharmacy, hair dressers, restaurants, even a doctor are just a few minute`s walk away.

A very good bakery (coffee house) is opposite the apartment, opened from 7 a.m.-18.30 p.m.. Here you may have your breakfast.
