Ground floor - The house is accessed through a large, fully enclosed private courtyard (with adjoining single bay garage, shower room & WC) - the front doors opens into a light and airy dining area (the dining table seats 6 easily) and a large, well equipped kitchen, a separate laundry room and a twin bedroom.



First floor - From the attractive staircase which leads to the upstairs bedrooms (one king, one double), bathroom (featuring full length bath and separate shower) and separate WC.
