Your luxury family vacation villa awaits you in a 7,000 sq. meter olive grove with 147 trees, overlooking the serene turquoise waters of the Pagasitikos Bay. Ideally situated between the villages of Lefokastro and Kalamos, this is the nature enthusiasts dream. Ancient pathways connecting the area villages can be reached from the property. It is approximately a 15 - 30 minute hike each direction to reach the villages, or 10 minutes by car. These smaller villages offer gorgeous, kid-friendly beaches for swimming and tasty fresh fish restaurants. The larger, full service village of Argalasti is 10 minutes by car. Here you will find many shops, petrol stations, health services and a lovely central square with tavernas and a weekly farmer's market. Reachable by car on a very scenic coastal road, the popular resort village of Affisos is only 15 minutes away. Whether you want to explore Pelion by car or by foot, this Villa is the perfect location for a very memorable holiday experience.



This uncommonly large, family villa is perfect for large families or friends traveling together. It is also suitable for small organized groups; schools, hikers, photographer, bird watchers, nature lovers, etc. All four bedrooms are part of the main house. Two of downstairs bedrooms have a connecting double bathroom and each room has its own door leading to an outside terrace. Even at ground level, these terraces have truly stunning views. Our villa is built on three floors with two flights of marble stairs. Although it can not be considered handicapped accessible, one bedroom is located on the main floor for limited stair climbing necessity. There is also a full bathroom on the main level. The villa has beds and linens to accommodate up to 10 people. We have two living areas--one on the main floor with a cozy fireplace and another with spectacular views and a huge adjoining balcony on the third floor. Pelion peninsula offers many unique opportunities to explore the charming mountain villages as well as the quaint and picturesque fishing communities. In a short 20 minute drive you can travel from the calm, placid waters of the Pagasitikos Bay up over the mountains to the often wild and agitated sparkling waters of the Aegean Sea.
