What I am offering is, you can now own a part of this Resort Lifetime ownership one room as you can see photo below for $40,000.00 US dollars.

Yes it cost more than that to build one now.

No one can use your room only you since Americans can not own but you can Lease.

You can do anything you want to inside the rooms or bring in anything. Room are already furnish with 1 queen bed matress, air condition, dresser cabnet, small fig., sm. table and chairs hot and cold shower and sink with 220v and 110v. SatelliteTV can be installed extra monthly charge. Community washer and dryer available.

There is a monthly maintence fee Php 13,000.00 ($300 US) this cover for water, electric, cleaning the area up keep, securty etc...

Maid service 3 days per week add $100.00 US per month.. 20% increase every 3 years depend on the cost.

You will have your own keys to the room, if you plan to leave for a few week or months you can leave the key with us for any emergency or repair.

You must also have insurance for that room.

This is the only way we can keep it at a low price.
