The house is situated in the south of Italy, at the end of the so-called “heel of Italy”,in a small twon called S. Gregorio, next to Santa Maria di Leuca, by the mediterranean sea of Salento in Apulia.

This sunny zone is rich of history, traditions, tipical food and arts like a dance called “pizzica pizzica” and overall beautifull, uncontaminated coasts with both stones and beaches.

The house is 150m far from the sea and it is composed by a spacious sittingroom with kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious yard with pergola, gazebo and carpark.
