RESERVATION FEE:

WEEKLY : USD 100

MONTHLY : USD 100



RENTAL:

DAILY: USD 55 – Including Utility Charges

WEEKLY: USD 350 – Including Utility Charges

MONHTLY: USD1050 – Including Utility Charges





•A reservation fee is required in order to secure the bookings payable on reservation, this is deductible from rental.

•The balance for Weekly or Monthly rental must be paid one week before the arrival date or at the time of reservation

•If the full payment is not received on time the booking will be treated as cancelled

•The reservation fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation of your booking



SECURITY BOND:

WEEKLY RENTAL: USD 150.00

MONTHLY RENTALS: USD 300.00



•Payable in advance prior to letting

•The security bond is fully refundable on departure after property inspection for weekly rental and settlement of all utilities charges of monthly rentals

The cost of damages will be deducted from the Security bond

We need notification by email or by phone of your intended arrival time so we can inform the Security. Our apartments Manager will be at the apartment on your arrival
