22' Sailboat & Cottage U Get Both 4 $140 per Night - Our Vacation compound has 2 houses and 8 cottages with 13 + Bed rooms in total. Rentable individually or as a group. Each cottage includes it's own 22' sailboat for the entire duration of the stay at no extra cost.+ A shared Rowing Dory, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Floaters, Snorkel/Fishing gear, as well as awesome sunsets and frequent manatee visits.

We have 11 sailboats right now – two 22' O' Days, Eight 22' Catalina and 1 westerly 22' for bare boat charters.

Easy and friendly atmosphere and yet very private. For relaxing vacations, honeymoon & anniversaries our place is so unique and quaint, you'll want to come back again & again as most guests do.
