This beautiful and completely new villa is situated in Villapark Sabana Liber in the North- West part of Aruba, along the main road to the monumental Alto Vista Chapel. This Villapark guarantees you an optimum of privacy because it has spacious lots.



The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms with split unit airconditioning and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a TV. The water-heater in the storage room provides the whole house of hot water. There is a large European kitchen in the house with microwave, oven, stove, and large fridge. The living room has TV with dvd-player and a radio. Internet connection with desktop computer is available for an extra charge of $ 50,- per week.



At the back of the villa, a beautiful patio has been created. There is both shadow and wind so you can have a comfortable seat and enjoy the beautiful view and the swimming pool. The garden of this villa is fully fenced in and landscaped with gravel and plants. All these ingredients make this villa a true paradise.



By car it takes you only 5 minutes to reach the beaches or the beautiful golf course of Tierra Del Sol. It takes you only 10 minutes to drive to Oranjestad, the main town on the island. Rental Prices*:

High season December 1st - March 1st and July 1st - September 1st:

Low season March 1st - July 1st and September 1st - December 1st:

* The rental prices are including a weekly cleaning and $ 60,- per week for the use of water and electricity. The extra costs will be charged at the end of the rental period by meter reading. You can stay in the villa with a maximum of 6 persons The villa is equipped with enough linens and towels. But we recommend to take some beach towels with you.



Upon arrival at the airport, after picking up your rental car, one phone call to the care- takers of the house, Rent House Aruba, is enough. They will meet you at the house, hand over the keys and give you an explanation on various matters worth knowing.
