Our lakeside cottage is a total of 2,000 square feet and sits on a large front and back yard for family gatherings. There is 90 ft. of rocky waterfront for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing; nonetheless, there is a road between the cottage and the lake so please be careful! It is centrally located among local beaches, golf courses, shopping, and the public boat launch. Montreal, Lake Placid, and Burlington are all within an hour and fifteen minute drive. The front stone porch faces Lake Champlain where you can take in the spectacular views of Mount Mansfield and the adjacent Green Mountains. The back deck with grill and comfortable outdoor furniture allows for private dining. The screened in patio is perfect for bug-free entertainment - we will supply you with board games, twister, badminton net with racquets & birdies, and some water toys. Enjoy fishing off the rocky shore by day, and sitting around the campfire by night! Endless hours of fun and relaxation await you here in the Valcour area of Peru, New York.
