The Mallorca II Atico penthouse is a spacious, seafront, three bedroom duplex apartment situated on the third floor of a securely gated apartment complex.

The penthouse has two floors with approximately 140 square meters of total living area, with a terrace on both floors, both of which have stunning uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea & Alcossebre coastline.

The first floor has a bright and spacious lounge and dining area, with seating for six people in the living area and a dining table with six chairs in the dining area. There are double patio doors leading from the dining area to the lower level terrace, which has a built in barbecue area and a garden table with six chairs.

There is a large separate kitchen comprising of oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine & fridge freezer. The first floor also houses the bathroom with a bath & overhead shower, washbasin, toilet & bidet. One of the twin bedrooms is situated on the first floor too, with built in wardrobes and double patio doors also leading onto the terrace.

Two short flights of stairs lead to the second floor that houses the shower room with toilet, washbasin and walk in shower. The remaining two bedrooms (one double and one twin) are also on the upper floor and both have built in wardrobes and double patio doors leading onto the upper terrace. The upper terrace has two sun loungers and a garden table with two chairs.

A portable childs cot is also in the apartment.

Outside the apartment, the communal pool and gardens are within a secure gated area and the pool is regularly maintained. The apartment also benefits from plenty of parking areas just outside the complex.
