Much loved family country cottage situated in quiet village which is surrounded by forest, cycle and walk ways. Situated 5 mins from local shop and 15 mins from the larger towns of Durtal and La Fleche. The ground floor consists of kitchen, front living room, dining room area, leading to downstairs master bedroom with double bed. Also from front room is relaxation/childrens play room with toys, games, books, extensive selection of kids videos, games console and Tv etc (with a folding double bed.) Corridor leading off kitchen to utility room, large bathroom with shower and bath and seperate toilet room. Upstairs is 2nd bedroom with double, bathroom with basin, separate toilet room, 3rd bedroom with 2 singles, and 4th bedroom leading from here with 2 singles.



The kitchen doors opens to the front of the house making it easy and great to sit and eat outside (large garden table and chairs with brolly) the passing traffic is non existant (apart from the odd tractor). Around the side of the house is a BBQ. To the back of the house is a long garden with a willow tree providing shade in the hot french summer. All is secure for children and pets. Plenty of parking for several cars.



La Fleche 15 mins drive offers a lake and beach with lifeguard during the summer months. Great play area in the sand with swings, slides and a flying fox. Take a deckchair, picnic, buy an ice cream and chill. Alternatively take a stoll or cycle around the lake.
