This is a fully equipped 100 sqm + 40sqm apartment (2 bedroom) right in front of the sea, located at A-ver-o-Mar, Povoa de Varzim, in northern Portugal ("Costa Verde", i.e. "Green Coast"). It has a big balcony to the seaside (wonderful seaview) and a 40 sqm open terrace to the back.

It is equiped with all ammenities: fully equiped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, laundry machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave oven and all kitchenware); full bathroom; TV set and Hi-Fi set; vacuum cleaner, etc..

The rental includes bedsheets (changed at least weekly).

The surrounding area include: Povoa de Varzim (with a wonderful beach sidewalk, Casino, wonderful restaurants)and Vila do Conde, Braga (at 25 Km, packed with wonderful churchs and monuments); Porto (at 25 km, the second biggest city of Portugal, and the Port wine cellars), Guimaraes (approx. 30 Km, the berth of the nation, with its wonderful castle and old town center), Viana do Castelo (wonderful views and beaches) and all the impressive green northwest of Portugal.
