Beaches, shopping, dining and entertainment are close by. It sleeps 8 adults and is located in South Kihei across from Maui Meadows in a residential neighborhood on a large 1/4 acre lot. Kamaole Beach Park III is less than a mile away. It has nice sandy beaches good for swimming, snorkeling and sun bathing. Remodeled in October, 2005 this home has a completely new kitchen, with all new appliances granite counters, new wood floors throughout and landscaping. Guests enjoy the luxury of new top-of-the-line pillow-top mattresses, down comforters and pillows, and 600-thread count sheets. The decor is vintage Hawaiian with warm red and golds throughout the home. Amenities include: AC, Cable Color TVs in most rooms, High Speed Wireless Internet, BBQ Gas Grill and Washer and Dryer. Boogie boards and coolers are provided for endless fun in the sun. This home is near an important road, but with the windows closed and AC on you will hardly notice. A one-bedroom ohana may be rented separately. Ohana means family in Hawaiian and usually refers to a mother-in-law-house or guest-house. This is a common architectural feature in Hawaii designed to accommodate large extended families. The Ohana is professionally designed as a completely separate dwelling unit. If you don’t rent the Ohana and someone else does you probably will not even know that they are there.
