Our properties are located at 918 Ocean Drive - right in the center of the Ocean Drive strip with Lummus Park and the main area of the beach directly across the street. The "918" building is a 4 story building with 21 privately owned condos, of which we manage 8 of them. This is an amazing location! It is above Fat Tuesdays, next to Mango's, and there are boutique shops and fine restaurants with outdoor dining all in this location. Other popular establishments within 1 block include the News Cafe and the Clevelander. In this building the 400's are on the 4th floor, the 300's are on the 3rd floor, and the 200's are on the 2nd floor. Each of the condos at "918" have full kitchens.
