This charming two-bedroom apartment, with Cable TV, is in the Musiciens area, one of the best parts of Nice. Cafes, markets and shops are all close by. The beach and the Promenade des Anglais are 10 minutes walk. The station is also under 10 minutes walk, for trips along the Riviera or to Monaco and Italy.

The apartment is spacious and the total area is over 80 square meters. There are two double bedrooms and the apartment can sleep up to six people. There is an open balcony area to enjoy the sun and a covered balcony area for eating out.

The flat is in a good location for the beach, the railway station and the shopping areas and there are very good, reasonable restaurants within easy walking distance. We were also given very helpful information prior to our arrival. We would genuinely recommend the appartment to anyone wishing to stay in Nice.'
