This centrally situated and brand new residence lays in Villa Park "Altos de Paradera". From this villa park you can reach the white beaches or Oranjestad within 10 minutes. Because of the high position you will have a beautiful view on the Hooiberg, which lies about 4 kilometers away.



This spacious 3 bedroom residence with swimming pool is fit for a maximum of 6 persons Aside from the living room and dining room there is also a beautiful European kitchen which is supplied with all the luxuries such as a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator with freezer and ice dispenser. The villa also has 2 bathrooms and a storage room with a washing machine to it's disposal. At the back of the house, a large porch has been built where you can enjoy the magnificent view.



The master bedroom has an entrance to its own bathroom and is equipped with a king-size bed. The other 2 bedrooms share one bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds.



The covered porch has a dining area and a living area where you can enjoy the view over Aruba.

High season December 1st - March 1st and July 1st - September 1st:

Week price: $ 1.800,-, 2 weeks and up $ 1.650,

Low season March 1st - July 1st and September 1st - December 1st:

Week price: $ 1.600,-, 2 weeks and up $ 1.400,-



* The rental prices are including a weekly cleaning and $ 60,- per week for the use of water and electricity. The extra costs will be charged at the end of the rental period by meter reading. You can stay in the villa with a maximum of 6 persons The villa is equipped with enough linens and towels. But we recommend to take some beach towels with you.
