We built our beach house with our visitors in mind. We'd love to share our home away from home with you.



This two-story house is fully furnished, with ceiling fans and air condition in all rooms. There is handmade wood throughout: all doors and cabinets, as well as the ceilings of the second floor rooms, hallway, and covered terrace are made from local hard wood.





The kitchen is fully equipped for 8 people with all the modern appliances, granite countertops, and a bar area.





The house is decorated with tropical theme: rattan and rustic furniture, high cathedral wooden ceilings, separate dining and living area. It will serve you as a tropical get-away with the convenience of access to beach, resort and other local attractions.



Each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony; two bedrooms are located on the second floor and one on the main floor. The second floor has an open, covered and private terrace with a beautiful view of the hills providing a relaxing experience.





The pool is located in the front of the house with a waterfall and outdoor cabana. Parking for cars is available inside the gated area. On-site security guard is available 24 hours a day.



The guests can also access amenities of the Condovac Resort, which has 4 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Gym and SPA, nature walks, zip-lines, mini market and a restaurant. They offer you daily activities for every member of the family as well as nightly entertainment.



There are many shops and excellent restaurants to visit close by and a small Italian market store walking distance from the house. Other walking distance attractions include: mini-golf, scuba safari, snorkeling, deep sea fishing and water sport activities.





There are five National Parks near to our location including Arenal Volcano and Tabacon Hot Springs. This is one of the most popular tours of the province of Guanacaste; the Arenal Volcano is one of the most active volcanoes in the Americas (1.5 hour away).



Liberia Airport is a short 20 minute drive over new roads.

Playa Coco is minutes away and provides additional dining and night life.
