Crete Apartment Chania Maisonette

What can be more appealing than a property set in an open landscape on the edge of the sea, with magnificent panoramic views and perfect tranquillity?



Consists of four adjoining single storey units and one separate unit of accommodation.

The views of the sea and the sky are as far as the eye can see and at night, the starry lights of Chania are clearly visible across the water.



The area of Stavros consists of a scattering of holiday accommodation and some private villas, but generally it remains beautifully quiet.



A couple of taverns are close by and a few more as you head out to Stavros in one direction or Kalathas in the opposite direction.



The beach at Kalathas is sandy and some water sports are also available. One or two small grocery shops are in the area but there are many more shops and restaurants in and around the seaside villages in the peninsular.



The contrasting terrain is almost endless, with vineyards and melon fields, to traditional villages and fishing harbours.



At the northern tip and only a four minute drive from your accommodation you will reach Stavros village, where 'Zorbas' mountain dominates a glorious white sandy beach which is shallow and safe for children.



There is large car parking area, a well tended lawn at the front and a magnificent good size swimming pool above the rocks on the waters edge.



Built in traditional style the accommodation is light and airy but during those hot balmy nights, air conditioning will provide extra comfort.



As you open the balcony door, stand back and take in the glorious views across the garden, the swimming pool and out to sea.



Each unit has a spacious and private balcony and with the French doors open, the view is fantastic even from the inside of every front room.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The one bedroom units consist of a twin bedroom, a sitting/dining room with a sofa bed and a Kitchen at the rear end of this room.



The bathroom consists of a bath with shower attachment.

Access to a private balcony with sea views from both the rooms.



The two bedroom units are similar to the above except for a second bedroom with a double bed. There are two one bedroom and two, two bedroom units in a row.



A separate independent unit was built as a one bedroom apartment and an adjoining studio, but by providing an internal door this has been converted into a small villa.



The villa consists of two twin bedrooms and a sitting room with an open plan kitchenette. An extra bed can be provided in this room for a fifth person.



It has two bathrooms, both with bath with a shower attachment. Large private balcony with sea views can be accessed from both the front rooms.

To access them a car is recommended
