In the heart of Barcelona, on a side street off the famous Ramblas, our newly renovated Cosmopolitan 3B apartment will give you a true Cosmopolitan feeling. This spacious four bedrooms apartment with typical Catalan high ceilings sleeps up to ten people. The apartment has twin bed in all the bedrooms and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a modern and stylish bathroom. This vacation rental apartment is perfect for groups of friends. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are welcome! And since it is one of the many apartments we are renting in the same building, feel free to enquire our reservations department if you can rent more than one flat in case you’re traveling with a bigger group. The entire building has capacity to accommodate 78 adults. This will make your stay in the city even more convenient, as all of you can be accommodated together! The newly renovated Cosmopolitan building has all amenities you could ask for in a designer apartment: elevator, WIFI and internet cable access, AC and central heating, TV, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.



This perfectly, centrally-located apartment is within walking distance of all major highlights of Barcelona city centre and its gorgeous historic surroundings. Most of Barcelona’ cultural gems are within walking distance, one of the closest being the little known medieval university building in El Raval. The entrance being a gothic archway, this beautiful sunny courtyard is surrounded by ancient buildings dating back to the middle ages. Complete with a fountain, statues and a café, this picturesque spot is perfect for city sunbathing. On the other side of Las Ramblas is the even older district of Barrio Gotico, which in its original form was the Roman settlement of Catalunya. Still today it preserves some of its attractive historical features, visible in the small wiggly streets and cobbled walkways and squares. Also in this area are a large number of gothic churches and Barcelona’ Cathedral. All the sights in the old historical center of Barcelona can easily be reached by foot in a couple of minutes. The Cosmopolitan building is also right by a metro station Liceu that will take you to all of the other city parts and touristic attractions like the famous Gaud? buildings and his Sagrada Familia!
