At the quiet south-east coast area of Mallorca, near Santanyi and Es Trenc beach!
This spacious villa is nicely located just 10 minutes walk/ 950 mtr. from the sandy bay of Cala Lombards. The beautiful bays of Cala S'Almunia and Cala d'es Moro are also nearby. The villa has gardens with pine, almond and palm trees, a shady garden terrace with an outdoor barbeque area. There is a large roof-terrace ideal for sunbathing with a seaview and views of the hills of Santanyi.
The house has three double-bedrooms, a kitchen with oven/grill, microwave, fridge-freezer and a modern washing machine.
In the living room an open fire, two bathrooms, a large terrace, barbecue and gardens. Two bathrooms with shower. There is space for up to six people.
Children welcome. Disabled welcome, requirements should be stated in advance.
