The cottage is fully equipped for the holiday maker at a very low rental of £150 per week all year round - no price rise for the Summer Holidays! (with a £100 non refundable deposit) and has 2 doubles and one single room making this easily affordable for a family holiday in "credit crunch" times! We would also consider long term rentals at a cost of £350 per month. The area and its surroundings offers a Monkey Park, Futuroscope in Poitiers, Zoo, canoeing, bungee jumping, fishing, swimming, cycling, walking, bird watching to name but a few. The cottage has a garden and we have no problem with welcoming pets and children! A baby's travelling cot can be provided along with a highchair if requested. The property is fully furnished for the holiday maker or could be unfurnished for the long term rental. Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a decent shower etc.
