The villa is composed of four bedrooms, three of which are located on the main floor while the fourth is in a converted loft, a large living room area, three bathrooms, a kitchen and dining room, a small studio and a solarium.

Two outer porches allow our guests to enjoy the meals or a relaxing time; the villa is also equipped with elegant external lighting for those guests who wish to remain on the garden grounds past nature’s natural light.

There is also a gated-in parking area where guests can safely leave their vehicles.

Recently refurbished, the house is 4 km far from Atri, ancient town, 11 km from the beaches of Silvi Marina and Pineto and 28 km far from Pescara, modern and lively city; its location is also ideal for lovely strolls through the countryside.

From its hilltop position one can admire the blue Adriatic Sea and the sculpted skyline created by the famous Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains: “Il Pioppo” offers nature at its best!

Atri and its surrounding area, with its important architectural and artistic heritage (see the wonderful Cathedral!), moreover provides a variety of summer attractions and amusements such as music festivals, theatre and gastronomic events.
