Located in Edgartown’s charming Westminster Acres, this beautiful home is set in a nice family-oriented neighborhood. It’s 2/10 of a mile from bike/walking paths and the State Forest Reserve, a short walk from Sengekontacket Pond, 3 miles from State Beach, less than 2 miles from the best public golf course on the island at Farm Neck, a half mile from the Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary, and has tennis and assorted other recreation nearby. This very clean and comfortable home was built in 1999. It's nicely furnished and decorated with many personal touches. It has hardwood floors throughout, and ceiling fans in every room. The first floor layout includes a spacious "great room" with a very open and airy feeling, a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room, and living room, plus den, laundry room, and ½ bath. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The large master bedroom has a cathedraled ceiling with a Queen size bed and full bath, Bedroom #2 has a full size bed, and Bedroom #3 has 2 single beds. The center hall landing upstairs is also cathedraled, with a full bath and linen closet. (There is also a trundle bed in the den downstairs). There are lots of closets, a pantry in the kitchen, a spacious private deck leading out from French doors in the back, an outdoor shower, washer/dryer, dish washer, coffee maker, lobster pot, telephone, toaster, microwave, Hi-Speed Internet service, TVs everywhere (with premium cable service), a DVD and VCR player, a stereo system, a gas barbecue grill, and more! All dishes, utensils, cookware, blankets and pillows are included. Linens and towels are NOT included (but for renters who don't want to bring their own, there are convenient and reasonable linen rental services available). No pets unless additional rider is included with lease, and absolutely NO smoking inside the house...



This is an awesome vacation home for any family and friends who want to be in close proximity to all that Martha’s Vineyard has to offer. It is definitely NOT the right choice for a bunch of guys who are just looking for a “party house” (a security deposit is required with all rentals).
