This is the perfect spot for a family vacation! Hilton Head Beach and Tennis has hotel-type amenities plus all the benefits of a condo. Our one-bedroom, one bath villa is fully equipped and located on the first floor less than 100 yards from the beautiful beach and pool.



Our villa has been completely renovated in “Tommy Bahama” décor. It sleeps up to six with a queen bed, kid-friendly built-in bunk beds, and a fold-out sleeper sofa in the living room. The renovated kitchen includes full-size stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. This first floor unit is only a few steps from parking and is located in “C” building which is closest to the pool and other resort amenities.



For your convenience, two beach chairs are provided. The kitchen is also well-stocked with items such as salt and pepper, seasonings, coffee filters, plastic wrap, and sugar. Additionally, there is a selection of novels for your reading pleasure. Please note that this is a smoke-free condo.



Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is a gated resort conveniently located mid-island. It offers ten lighted tennis courts, the island’s largest ocean-front pool, children’s playground, pool-side Tiki Bar (seasonal), Fitness Center, and the The Zone Sports Bar. There are also on-site bike rentals, fishing and picnic areas, kiddie pool, and convenience store.
