The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a living/dining room, separate kitchen, bathtub/shower room and separate toilet. The property is a secured gated community that composed of several small buildings with beautiful landscaped gardens (broad shaded pedestrian walkpath of palm trees, olive trees, japanese garden and local regional trees etc). There is a good size swimming pool with an attached wading/baby pool and ample visitors' carparks within the gated development.

Bookings - Bookings to be made via email or phone. A 10% deposit will be required on booking and then the balance payable four weeks before your arrival date. Cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival date will incur a loss of deposit due to administration cost.



Security Deposit - A deposit of €250 will be required to cover for any breakages and key/security pass replacement if lost during your stay. This will be refunded in full within two weeks of your departure date where there are no losses or breakages.
