WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The given price of the rental is with all charges included

At your request, bed linen can be rented :

8 euros for single bed + 1 pillow case

10 euros for double bed + 2 pillow cases

Deposit should be 30% of total renting price

A guarantee of 300 euros, in addition to the balance, will be asked upon your arrival.

This deposit will given to you the day of your departure, less possible either deterioration or restoration cost of any damages.

Up to an extreme, a cleaning fee will be taken in consideration upon the security deposit.

An inventory listing of the estate will be submitted to your signature,meaning that no decision will taken without your full consentment
