A beautiful three bedroom house in the Seychelles islands with its own private beach for rent at any time of the year for as long as you want. Situated on the main island, the house is down south of the island in a beautiful rustic area wrapped in tropical hills and greenery. It truly is like no place on earth.



The house itself is on higher ground with a short footpath down to the secluded beach. It is private, with high walls surrounding it but safe with quite neighbours around. The rent includes water and electricity bills which are the only bills for the property. The master bedroom is fitted with air conditioning, and has sliding doors straight onto the veranda looking down on the beach, as does one of the other two bedrooms. The house has one large bathroom, an additional separate toilet, an outdoor shower and a very large open plan kitchen, dinning room and living room.



The property has been recently renovated so it’s all brand new and it also comes fully furnished. There is an amazing restaurant run by a local artist nearby, there is also the famous Anse Soleil Cafe a little further and shops and amenities are a short drive away. A car is always recommended no matter where you are in Seychelles, and this house has plenty of parking.



This property also has a studio apartment behind the main house, fully furnished, beautifully decorated and fully air-conditioned. It has all the necessary living space open plan and a separate bathroom. This is for rent for 450 Euros per week.



Situated in a beautiful secluded bay, the beach offers amazing snorkeling and very good surfing depending on the time of year. The small private beach is separated by huge boulders from the huge stretch of beach nearby, perfect for shell picking a long sandy strolls. There are also over three separate beaches to explore all a short walking distance from the house, mountain trails to follow and a few nearby hotels. There is also links to the island center with buses running from the main road.

The rent for the main house is 750 Euros per week and 450 Euros per week for the little house but it is all negotiable and discounts may be arranged for much longer stays.
