Our beautifully furnished apartment is situated on the fifth floor of the luxurious Aguamarina apartment complex, itself located a stone's throw from the Atlantic Ocean. The building rests on a gentle slope down to a volcanic beach, thus the apartment is essentially one floor above street level and provides gorgeous views of the beach, sea and marina. Its convenient location just 7kms along the coast from Tenerife South Airport means that you can be relaxing on the balcony or swimming in the pool literally within minutes of your aircraft landing, but it is not in the flight path so you get the best of both worlds.



The Aguamarina complex is truly immaculate and offers a friendly, peaceful beachside retreat, conveniently located near to the variety of shops, bars and restaurants of Golf del Sur and San Blas. If you are hiring a car you will find ample free parking next to and opposite the apartment building. The complex offers elevators to all floors and is fitted with security doors and cameras, making it child/solo-traveller friendly. With two swimming pools overlooking the Atlantic ocean and a large, relaxing sunbathing area as well as a spacious balcony benefiting from the afternoon sun you are sure to top up that tan whilst enjoying the cooling sea breeze.



We have ensured that our apartment is generously equipped so that you need only bring the essentials:



Kitchen



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay. Facilities include a hob oven, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, free-standing electric grill, juicer and toaster. Pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, trays, large mugs, chopping board, lemon squeezer, bottle opener, wine glasses, tumblers, jugs, salad bowl, kitchen roll holder – almost everything that you can think of is provided, down to bottle stops, toothpicks, tea-towels and picnic ware! For your convenience we have installed an excellent washing machine in the kitchen area. You will find full instructions for its use in the information pack located in the lounge area. An iron and ironing board are available in the apartment (kitchen area) as well as a large clothes airer (balcony) and in the heat of the Tenerife sun any washing you do will be dry almost as quickly as you can hang it out!



Lounge



The open-plan lounge area is furnished to a very high standard and feels both comfortable and cosy. With large patio doors to the balcony and a three-speed ceiling fan it stays refreshingly cool and breezy throughout even the hottest of days. It is naturally bright and sunny but remains surprisingly cool, and for those who like to watch films in the dark, or have an afternoon doze, we have provided blackout curtains throughout the apartment. The dining area provides a lovely place to eat and is conveniently located next to the kitchen counter.



Bedroom



The bedroom is spacious and extremely comfortable and cool, with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. With its genuine king-size bed, cushions and large television set you will feel in the lap of luxury! Bed linen is provided. Again, large patio doors lead onto the balcony area, and you can be sure of a cooling sea breeze night and day. Black-out curtains are very effective in keeping the bright sunlight at bay during your siesta, and light curtains allow for privacy whilst letting in the sunshine. The bedroom offers a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of hangers, and there are lots of drawers and shelves for storage. It is an extremely pleasant bedroom that could rival any hotel room!



Bathroom



The bathroom offers a full-size bath, shower with adjustable massage shower head, toilet, bidet, sink and mirror. A bath mat is provided for your use. Towels are also provided, as is a toothbrush holder, handwash and toiletries pot. Please note that we have fitted energy-saving light bulbs throughout the apartment, including the bathroom, which may appear slightly dimmer than usual.



Balcony



The balcony area is very spacious and hosts a large table and four chairs, perfect for those private breakfasts and evening meals. Despite being part of an apartment complex it is surprisingly private, with privacy glass windows fitted at either end. As you look out of the balcony area you will see a brand new apartment hotel that has been cleverly built in the design of a cruise liner, with each 'deck' hosting walkways that lead to apartment doors on the outside of the building - this means that there are absolutely no apartments or balconies overlooking our apartment's balcony. The balcony benefits from the afternoon and evening sun, and provides a shaded area for those who prefer to be out of the direct heat. Patio doors lead into both the lounge and the bedroom.



Television Channels



For your comfort the apartment offers two large remote-controlled television sets - one in the lounge and the other in the bedroom - as well as a DVD player. There are numerous channels, including a number of English channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky Sports 1 and an excellent film channel, MBC 2, which shows back to back films twenty-four hours a day, and we have provided lots of film DVDs for you to watch, should you so wish.
