Las Tortugas enjoys stunning all-round views, and a great pool with plenty of covered and uncovered terracing to while away the day or watch the fabulous sunsets. No neighbours within 200 metres. Everything you need for a proper chill-out holiday but not too far from the convenience of shops, restaurants and beaches.



The house has was completely refurbished in 2005 to offer flexible accommodation for up to 10 people: there are 4 large double/twin bedrooms, 3 with en-suite shower rooms and the fourth with a large family bathroom adjacent. For groups of 10 we put in a double bed in the large upstairs sitting room,



The lay-out makes it ideal for two families or for two or more generations sharing as each floor has independent access from outside as well as an internal staircase. Each floor has two bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious sitting-dining room and fully equipped kitchen.



Each sitting room has satellite TV (free-to-air UK channels and some foreign channels), CD and DVD player and lots of reading matter, and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are spacious and have either en-suite shower rooms or private bathroom adjacent. Bed linens are all 100% cotton and towels are large. Beach towels available on request without supplement.



There is covered parking for two cars and plenty more open parking area within the 2500m2 walled and gated plot, and beyond the terraces the garden is mainly graveled and planted with mature trees and shrubs.



The 12 metre pool is surrounded by open terracing with loungers, and leads into a 40sq metre covered terrace with dining and comfortable seating for up to ten people – the ideal place to escape the heat of the day and for al-fresco dining.



Guests are asked to respect the no smoking rule inside the house.



The owners live not far away and are always on hand if you need any help or advice.
