During your stay at Villa Mipacifica you will experience the “real” daily life of the charming Mexican village of San Francisco, Nayarit (affectionately known to locals as San Pancho). Villa Mipacifica is a beautifully designed and furnished three-story palapa style villa conveniently located just steps away from a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops and only five short blocks from the pristine Riviera Nayarit beach. Mipacifica is situated on a slightly elevated street affording panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and pueblo. The first level is all open air with a large round palapa roof, Terra-cotta floors, two half bathrooms, two outdoor showers, living room with a soft rock waterfall, kitchen/dining/living room, all open - leading out to a grassy tropical garden with day bed, swimming pool and fountain. This home hosts an ample, fully equipped kitchen complete with marble tiles, breakfast bar, an adjacent outdoor gas grill and adobe oven. The second level is equipped with a small air conditioned office and two private master bedrooms that share a terrace. One master bedroom is a large open air room under a palapa roof with a bathroom that includes a shower and bath. The other large master bedroom is fully enclosed with air conditioning, very large ceiling to floor windows with glass doors and a full bathroom with shower. Level three is an open air large circular room outlined with built-in couches and wet bar all under yet another palapa roof including an enclosed full bathroom with shower.
