A bath room with shower (hot) under floor warming and downstairs access to a shaded garden with ample seating. We have central heating, so if it turns cold - no worries. The fridge lives in the "old" smoking room which is upstairs beside the kitchen. The property has been renovated to high standards but the "old charm" has been painstakingly preserved.
